Questions groups ask us first
What counts as a group booking?
Most cruise lines open group rates at five cabins — roughly ten guests. Below that we can still help, but the savings and perks are smaller. Above thirty cabins you usually unlock private events and a complimentary berth.
Does everyone have to pay together?
No. We hold the cabins as one block and then send a private booking link, so each household pays its own deposit and balance on its own schedule. You are never left chasing cheques.
How far ahead should we book?
Nine to eighteen months out is the sweet spot for large groups — that is when a block of adjoining cabins is still available on the sailing you want. We can work with shorter timelines, and we will tell you straight away if a date is tight.
Can we hold cabins before everyone commits?
Yes. A group block is typically held with a small refundable deposit, and names can be added up until the final payment date. It is the simplest way to lock in a rate while the family makes up its mind.
What does the service cost?
Nothing. We are paid by the cruise line, and group rates are the same or better than booking each cabin yourself — plus the amenity points, dining and onboard credit that only come with a block.
